Motor Description

This is the motor currently being used in the 2G Motorsports CAV Demonstrator.  This motor uses a Dart 351W cast iron block (9.5"), SCAT 4340 4" crank, SCAT 4340 rods, JE pistons (10.5:1 CR), aluminum AFR 225 heads, Comp Cams 282 HR hydraulic roller camshaft, Ford Racing hydraulic roller lifters, Crower roller rockers, Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake, Barry Grant Race Demon 825 CFM road race carb, MSD distributor and 6AL ignition, ATI damper, AR GT40 oil pan.  Engine was dyno tuned at Keith Craft Racing and made 615 HP at 5600 RPM, and 619 ft-lbs of torque at 4600 RPM.  Weight as pictured is 467 lbs (without lift chain).
